Revaverie Ball Print Club FAQ
How do I manage my subscription? You can update your payment information, change your shipping address, skip a month, or cancel your subscription anytime through your member portal. A magic link to your portal is included in every subscription email — just click it to access your account. You can also access it anytime at Manage Your Membership.
When will my print ship? Prints ship during the first week of each month. Please allow up to 7 business days for US orders and up to 21 business days for international orders.
What is the sign-up cutoff? Sign up by the 22nd of the month to receive that month's print. If you sign up after the 22nd, your first print will ship the following month.
Example: Sign up May 22nd you will June's print as your first print. If you sign up June 1st, you will receive July's print as your first print.
Why is there no tracking on my order? To keep your membership affordable, all Print Club orders are shipped with postage stamps, so no tracking is available. But also - stamps are delightful! I don't know about you, but I'm always excited to see what stamp I'm going to get.
Also, USPS, please let me design a stamp collection! Or maybe dozens! 🥰
What happens with billing when I first sign up? Your first charge happens at signup. Subscriptions renew automatically on the 22nd of each month. If you sign up close to the 22nd, you may see two charges in quick succession — but rest assured, every charge corresponds to a unique print!
Can I catch up on previous months' prints? Not yet — but this option is coming! Join the email list to be notified when catch-up prints become available.
Can I purchase the complete 12-month collection? Yes — but not quite yet! A complete collection option will be available closer to the end of the run (May 2027), once all 12 prints have been sent to members. This will ship as one complete set after the club concludes. What is the Revaverie Ball? The Revaverie Ball is a treasured (and entirely imaginary) event. Each month, a new personified animal guest receives a personal invitation to be one of the 12 guests of honor. Each embodies a quality worth celebrating.
